A Message from Principal Officer Laderyl Walker

Dear CEUIMEUI Staff and Colleagues,

As we begin a new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on who we are as an organization and the values that guide our work every day.

CEUIMEUI Employees Staff Association Inc was founded in 1970 with a simple but powerful purpose: to unite, serve, and advocate for our staff members across Connecticut. For more than five decades, we have stood together — advocating for our members' interests, fostering unity among colleagues, and delivering service with integrity.

Unity, Service, Advocacy

These three words are not just a motto on our official seal — they are a daily practice. In the year ahead, I ask each of us to carry these values forward:

• Unity — Reach out to a colleague. Share information. Build connections across teams.
• Service — Respond to requests with care. Be a reliable resource for your fellow staff members.
• Advocacy — Speak up for fair treatment. Champion the professional dignity of every staff employee.

Looking Ahead

In 2025, CEUIMEUI will continue to fulfill our IRS compliance obligations, maintain transparent governance, and serve as a trusted voice for staff across Connecticut. We remain committed to our mailing address at 774 Prospect St, Plantsville, and to being accessible to every staff member who needs us.
