Our Mission Statement

CEUIMEUI Employees Staff Association Inc exists to unite, serve, and advocate for our staff members across Connecticut. We are committed to fostering a professional, supportive, and equitable environment for every member — ensuring their voices are heard, their contributions are valued, and their workplace rights are protected.

As a 501(c)(5) labor organization, our mission is rooted in the belief that staff employees deserve dignity, respect, and the collective strength that comes from standing together as one organization.

Our Official Seal

The CEUIMEUI official seal is more than a logo — it is a statement of identity. Encircled by our full legal name and the word CONNECTICUT, with EST. 1970 at the base, the seal communicates our history, our location, and our authority as a registered organization.

The central design elements carry specific meaning:
